When the shell scripts associated with packages fail, they are left in a bad state known as either half-configured or half-installed. These errors don’t go away and instead continue to cause issues. These scripts can be deleted and the package forcibly removed.

Fixing Half-Installed Package error on iOS 11-11.1.2
Method 1
Step 1 Tap Ignore (Temporary) when Cydia displays this message.
Step 2 Go to the Installed section.
Step 3 Navigate to the Recent tab and tap on the tweak you want to uninstall.
Step 4 Tap Modify button present in the top right corner.
Step 5 Press Remove to uninstall the desired tweak.
If you are not able to install the package using this method, try the following fix.
Method 2
Step 1 Open FilzaEscaped file manager. You can download it from this link if you don’t have it already.
Step 2 Navigate to this location – /Library/dpkg/info.
